Our products are warranted against shipping damage or defects of materials.
When do items need to be returned?
Defective or damaged products may be returned within 30-days of receipt of product.
Where do items need to be returned?
Returned items must be accompanied with a Return Authorization number, return address will be provided on the return Authorization form.
How do customers return items?
For returns of damaged or defective products, contact customer service and request a Return Authorization number. Returned product must include proof of purchase and email address used for the original online order.
Shipping for returns?
If it is requested that damaged or defective product be returned, a pre-paid shipping package will be supplied.
